The next SEE VR Social Trail Meet Up will be hosted by East Sussex 🤗. There are 3 distances to choose from, please RSVP to the distance/event that you would like to do 😊. All routes start and finish in Lewes. You can join this Facebook event but please join the Strava events to RSVP; on the South East England Region - Vegan Runners UK page 💚🖤(You may need to request to join the group):

Meeting place is Phoenix Causeway Car Park, Harvey's Way, Lewes, BN7 2RA / what3words ///admiringly.sailors.momentous; the car park is chargeable. The run will start at 9am so, please aim to arrive just before. There should be options for toilets, even if you have to pop into a cafe (Trading Post Coffee Roasters is a nice option).
These runs will be very informal, relaxed, trail (mostly) runs with all abilities more than welcome. They will not officially be led by anyone, though we may have guest run leaders from time to time; so, it is a good idea to save the route to your watch or phone.
The group will progress at a pace that accommodates everyone; no one will be left behind as we will aim to run together 🤝. Some meet ups may be longer and/or harder than others, but I for one fully intend to walk up most of the hills 😅.
Running on trails is a little different to running on roads and paths: As a rough guide; you should feel comfortable running about 20% further than these trail distances on road. Trail shoes are highly recommended, as is bringing hydration and fuel .. and fresh clothes and shoes to change into for afterwards 😉
There are plenty of options for post-run fuelling, so we can decide on the day 🤗
Looking forward to seeing you there, but please shout if you have any questions.
