Sedalia Parks & Recreation is looking for train enthusiasts, collectors, and vendors to be part of our upcoming Model Train Show!Whether you’re showcasing an intricate layout, selling unique pieces, or just love talking trains with fellow hobbyists, this event is your chance to connect with a community that shares your passion. From classic locomotives to modern models, we’re bringing together all scales, styles, and skill levels under one roof.
Vendors will have the opportunity to:
Display layouts and collections
Sell trains, accessories, and memorabilia
Network with fellow hobbyists and collectors
Inspire the next generation of train lovers

Registration Dates: June 1 until booths are filled
28 total - 10x10 booth spaces with 1-8ft table and 1 chair provided.
Booths with electricity - $40
Booths without electricity - $30
Show is Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 9am-4pm at Convention Hall - Gym (1500 W. 3rd St., Sedalia, MO 65301).
Set up available on Friday, November 6, 2026 from 12pm-4pm.
All booths must tear down on Saturday, November 7 from 4pm-8pm
