The 2-day workshop invites participants on a journey toward a deeper sense of personal authenticity and creative freedom. You will explore the metaphor of the secret garden as an inner place of retreat, spiritual nourishment and soulful presence, but also as sometimes difficult to find and access. The willingness to search for the garden high up in the mountains or deep in the woods is no guarantee to find it. And should we actually discover it, we might not have the right key to open its gates. The workshop wishes to offer pathways and possible keys to enter a place where our imagination, intuition, and freedom of being are not compromised by narratives that block our creative flow. Working with intuitive movement, clay and charcoal, you will be invited to follow the callings of your inner Self and make its presence visible through your embodied creative expressions.
The workshop is open to practitioners in the performing, healing and educational arts. No movement or dance experience is required, but curiosity and a willingness to surprise yourself.
