Join a 2 day fasting workshop with It Starts With Fast
Experience the transformative power of fasting in our 2-day weekend fasting course. A course perfectly fitting to your busy work schedule, without the time constraints and stresses of an expensive fasting retreat. Giving you an opportunity to try out fasting in a group setting as well as in the comfort of your own home.
We will guide you
step by step through each stage of the fasting process and show you how
refreshing, energizing, and empowering this experience can be. Together, we
explore practical everyday strategies, set personal goals, and create an open
space for meaningful exchange—so you feel supported, motivated, and fully
confident from start to finish. On the first day together, we cook and enjoy a nourishing organic vegetable broth and, on the second day, toast with freshly pressed juice—a special moment to reflect on your first fasting experiences and find new motivation.
Our small group setting fosters a warm, encouraging atmosphere where you can relax, connect, and experience fasting within a like-minded community - without ever having to leave Berlin.
Fasting Schedule:
Friday – Preparation Day: Fasting preparation instructions for home
Saturday – Fasting Meeting: 10:00 – 12:00
Sunday – Fasting Meeting: 10:00 – 11:00
Sunday Afternoon/Evening: Instructions for reintroducing food at home

Fasting may not be suitable for everyone. It is important to consult your doctor before participating in a fasting course or a nutrition consultation with a fasting approach to determine whether fasting is suitable for you—especially if you have any health conditions or regularly take Medic*tion.
The fasting course offered is a guided wellness and preventive program and does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy.
People who are not eligible to participate in our fasting programs:
· Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
· Children and adolescents (still growing)
· People who are underweight or have eating disorders (e.g., anorexia, bulimia)
· Individuals with serious physical illnesses, such as: cardiovascular diseases, severe kidney or liver conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cancer
· People with Type 1 diabetes (due to risk of severe blood sugar fluctuations)
· Individuals taking medications that require food intake or may be affected by fasting
· Older adults with frailty or at risk of malnutrition
· People with weakened immune systems or acute infections
