Join us for a deeply restorative practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself—on your own terms. We'll begin with approximately 30 minutes of gentle yin yoga and restorative-inspired movement and supported postures (asana) to help release tension, improve mobility, and settle the nervous system. We'll then transition into a guided Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep") practice, inviting deep rest while remaining comfortably supported and aware. This practice can help ease stress, calm the mind, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and well-being.
Following practice, you're warmly invited (and never pressured) to linger a little longer with a cup of tea, a piece of chocolate, and optional community connection.
No prior experience is necessary.
What to Expect
30 minutes of gentle, accessible movement & stretching
Guided breath awareness and relaxation
A restorative Yoga Nidra meditation practice (20–30 minutes)
Optional time for herbal teas, chocolate, and community connection (~ 30 minutes)
A supportive, calming environment suitable for all bodies, abilities, and experience levels
Lighting will be kept quite dim throughout the practice, with soft, warm floor lighting provided to create a restful atmosphere.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing (layers are encouraged if you tend to run hot or cold)
A yoga mat or floor blanket
Blankets, pillows, a bolster, or any props that help you feel supported and cozy (couch pillows work wonderfully—you don't need anything fancy)
An eye pillow, eye mask, soft scarf, or small article of clothing to gently cover the eyes if desired
Noise-canceling headphones or earplugs if that helps you settle more deeply
You are always welcome to modify your experience. Keep your eyes open, change positions, take breaks, or simply rest in whatever way feels most supportive to you.
All humans are welcome. Come exactly as you are.
