The Bayside Historical Society's staff and volunteers are offering guided tours of The Castle and its exhibitions on the second Sunday of each month from 1pm-3pm. Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes; two tours are offered, with the first beginning at 1:00 PM and the second at 2:00 PM. Admission is free, but reservations are required. Completed in 1887, the building originally served as the Officers' Mess Hall and Club for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers School of Application.
