About this Event
We will begin with a gentle check-in and a brief overview of the benefits of sound healing for overall wellness. You will then be invited to get comfortable for an immersive 50-minute sound bath and guided meditation led by POP Collective Coach Sage (she/her). Sage is an energetic healer and holistic coach who creates grounded, heart-centered spaces for rest, reflection, and embodied healing.
Sage’s work blends sound healing, meditation, ritual, and trauma-informed practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and self-connection. Each session is intuitively guided and may include crystal singing bowls, a tongue drum, a rain stick, and other complementary instruments. Every experience is unique.
After the sound bath, there will be about 10 minutes to gently transition, gather your belongings, and reset the space. We will then close with 15–30 minutes of integration, reflection, and optional community sharing. If you need to leave early, you may quietly exit after the sound bath, being mindful not to disturb others.

The Science of Why Sound Baths Work
Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. The vibrations help guide the brain from active gamma and beta states into alpha, theta, and delta waves associated with deep relaxation and rest. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowers cortisol levels, supports heart rate variability, and can reduce anxiety and pain. Many participants feel the vibrations physically, which supports emotional release and deep calming of the body.
