About this Event
Seats & Beats with Trinity 💺🎶
Sit down, turn up, and take up space.
Seats & Beats is a chair-based dance and conditioning class that blends sensual movement, musicality, and strength training using the chair as your base. Expect smooth transitions, grounded flow, and choreography that builds confidence, coordination, and body awareness.
Led by Trinity, this class focuses on controlled movement, self-expression, and building strength through dynamic chair work. No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, explore, and have fun.
Whether you're new to chair dance or looking to expand your movement practice, all levels are welcome.
