That’s RISE LIFE EssexWe are an inclusive, adapted sports programme that brings the fun, excitement, and incredible health benefits of sport to people of all ages and abilities in partnership with Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre!
Sessions last 1 hour, includes a gentle warm-up, team games, sporting challenges, and plenty of fun.
