🍂 SEASONS DINNER: FALL 🍂Four times a year, the teams from Kindling Texas Kitchen, 1908 House of Wine & Ale, and The Rooted Fork come together to create a unique menu and dining experience inspired by the season.
This isn’t just a “FALL MENU.”
Executive Chefs Efrin Sandoval and Tracy Byrd are crafting an entirely new multi-course dinner, complemented by wines, cocktails, and beverage pairings curated by Wine & Beverage Director Jared Tucke. Every detail is inspired by fall and created specifically for this one night.
We’re also excited to welcome Bobby Lightfoot of 1908 House of Wine & Ale, who will make his debut in the Seasons Dinner series.

Seasons Dinner takes place only four times a year — Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter — and this is the fall edition of the series.
