We need to remind you that the U of A is a smoke free zone. Please do not smoke after exiting the buses-- or on the buses.
Also, don’t forget the U of A has a clear bag policy.

CHECK-IN:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure times. We will leave at the scheduled time to make sure all passengers have the best experience. The pick-up times for second stops at Bonfire and Fate Brewing are approximate due to traffic. We will have an escort present on the bus to check you in.

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS:
Food and refreshments are not provided. You are allowed to bring food and refreshments (alcohol is permitted) on the bus. Please be respectful of your fellow passengers. At the end of the ride, please clean up your seating area. Also check for your belongings when departing the bus. Items may be left on the bus during the game. Do not leave valuables.
POST-GAME
The buses will depart from the drop-off location on Hawthorne 30-minutes after the conclusion of the game. Please use this 30-minute window to get to the bus on time. Your fellow passengers appreciate being punctual & respectful of their time. Unfortunately, if you do not make it back, you will need to find your own ride home. However, if there is an emergency, please call your escort at the number below. Please advise the escort if you will not be returning on the bus.
