About this Event
Soften into sound for an hour at your Saturday evening sound bath and meditation.
November arrives with cooler days, cosier evenings and an air that encourages us to slow down. Through sound and intentional rest, reconnect to your stillness. Join the solara flow community for November's Season of Stillness sound bath in Bicester- a space to rest and reset.
A gentle weekend reminder to prioritise you. An hour for yourself amongst the never-ending to do lists and external noise.
Solara flow with iz invites you to experience a sound bath and guided meditation at Bicester East Community Centre Hall, Bicester. You'll be guided into stillness, creating space to step away from the busyness of life, softening the body and quietening the mind.
