Season of Souls Visionary Arts ShowcaseA Metaphysical Arts Exhibition
Step beyond the veil and experience the Season of Souls Visionary Arts Showcase, a curated exhibition of original metaphysical, spiritual, paranormal, celestial, mystical, fantasy, gothic, ancestral, and visionary artwork.
Held inside Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center during the Season of Souls Celebration, the showcase brings together artists whose work explores imagination, spirit, symbolism, mystery, transformation, and the unseen.
Saturday, October 31 • 12 PM–7 PM
Sunday, November 1 • 12 PM–4 PM
📍 Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center
Merle Hay Mall
Visitors will be able to explore original artwork and prints, meet participating artists when available, vote in our popular-choice cover art contest, and purchase select works directly through the exhibition.
Participating artists are automatically entered into the showcase’s popular-vote competition for the opportunity to have their artwork featured on the Winter Edition cover of Alicia’s Desk Magazine.
The 2026 exhibition will be intentionally small due to available in-shop display space, creating a more intimate gallery experience alongside the psychics, mediums, vendors, community ofrenda, and other Season of Souls activities.
Original human-created artwork only. AI-generated or AI-assisted artwork is not eligible for exhibition.
