Award winning 'The Sea Glass Studio' is a welcoming place to do both.
A space to have fun, get creative, ignite new passions and meet like-minded people. Everyone is welcome here, whether you’re local, or visiting Cornwall on holiday… you’ll be able to take a piece home with you to remember.
Our workshops are fantastic experience days – perfect for Birthdays, Families, Couples, Stag/Hen Parties and Work do’s too!

Sea Glass Jewellery - Taster Workshop
No experience neccesary - Suitable for total beginners :) This is the perfect workshop if you're intrigued by jewellery making.
The process:
- During this 3 hour taster workshop, you will learn how to set sea glass in pre-made bezel cups as well as design and texture your very own ring band.
- To start with, you will learn how to make the ring band using recycled 925. Sterling Silver.
- You will then learn how to solder the pre-made bezel cup onto your sterling silver ring band and finally how to correctly set the sea glass into it.
- All materials and tools will be provided. At the end of the day, you will take home your very own handcrafted one-of-a-kind ring – as well as a cotton pouch to keep it safe.
Additional information:
- Bezel setting is the technique of encasing around the back and sides of the Sea Glass piece and folding in the edges to keep it safe and secure.
- I will pre make the bezels before the workshop, enabling you to have a taster of jewellery making.
- There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat before or after the workshop. Muddy Beach Cafe, Sunshine Studio Cafe and Baileys Country Store are all close by!

He loves cuddles (of course) and big long snooooozes on his window perch in the sunshine. Whilst we’re busy making away, Rip enjoys hanging out the window watching the birds on the river…
Fun fact, he is named after my favourite cowboy in Yellowstone 🤠
