Award winning 'The Sea Glass Studio' is a welcoming place to do both.
A space to have fun, get creative, ignite new passions and meet like-minded people. Everyone is welcome here, whether you’re local, or visiting Cornwall on holiday… you’ll be able to take a piece home with you to remember.
Our workshops are fantastic experience days – perfect for Birthdays, Families, Couples, Stag/Hen Parties and Work do’s too!

Sea Glass Jewellery Workshop - Bezel Setting with a BONUS Stacking Ring
No experience neccesary - Suitable for total beginners :) This is the perfect workshop if you're intrigued by jewellery making.
The process:
- During this full day workshop, you will learn how to correctly measure, cut, file, solder, and finish your own pieces.
- To start with, we will practice techniques and by making a stacking ring to really understand the jewellery making basics, before progressing onto your final sea glass design.
- You can choose to make either a sea glass pendant or sea glass ring. You may upgrade your design to a bangle for an extra fee to cover materials.
- This is a fun workshop where you can be creative and really bring your designs to life. Not a one size fits all set up. I want you to be proud of your piece and we'll make it happen!
- Finally you will learn how to set your sea glass into your piece.
- All materials and tools will be provided. At the end of the day, you will take home your very own handcrafted one-of-a-kind pendant or ring – as well as a stacking ring and an organic cotton pouch.
Additional information:
- All projects will be made using 100% recycled sterling silver.
- Bezel setting is the technique of encasing around the back and sides of the Sea Glass piece and folding in the edges to keep it safe and secure.
- You are more than welcome to bring your own sea glass, however I do have a vast array of shapes and colours to choose from should you wish to use some of mine. If you are going to bring your own sea glass treasures, please bring make sure they are fully rounded & even in height. No higher than 4mm..
- As this course is a full day, please bring your own packed lunch. Alternatively, if you’d like to treat yourself… Muddy Beach Cafe, Sunshine Studio Cafe and Baileys Country Store are all close by with fantastic lunch options!

This good boy will greet and welcome you into ‘The sea glass studio’ upon arrival..
He loves cuddles (of course) and big long snooooozes on his window perch in the sunshine. Whilst we’re busy making away, Rip enjoys hanging out the window watching the birds on the river…
Fun fact, he is named after my favourite cowboy in Yellowstone 🤠
