EXHIBITION ENGAGEMENTS: SCULPTURE AS PERFORMANCE

An opportunity to watch improvised engagements at the Sculpture as Performance exhibition. With Melissa Pierce Murray and performers.
The exhibition brings together large floor-standing works, performance photography and wall-mounted pewter casts, offering insight into a practice that combines sculpture, movement, narrative and participation. Melissa is currently developing interactive works for an experimental theatre production, extending her exploration of how sculptural forms can create dynamic encounters between artwork and audience.
