Then sip your latte while they keep playing.Sculpt & Play is a Pilates and barre inspired pop-up workout held right inside Little Nuggets Softplay Adventures on the 3rd Tuesday of the month!Think light weights, resistance bands, and movement to build strength where you actually need it: hips that carry a child on one side, a core that's been through a lot, shoulders and arms that lift and rock and hold all day.
How the morning flows:
☕ 9:00 a.m. Doors open. Settle in and order your drink from the Nugget Nook Cafe.
🧘 9:15 to 10:00 a.m. Sculpt & Play class
🧸 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The soft play is yours. Sip, chat, and let your little one roam.
Before you come:
Grip socks are required for you and your little one. All props are provided. Bring water and wear something soft and comfy to move your body in.
$35 includes class, play session, and a handcrafted cafe drink.
For mamas with children 6 months to 7 years. Every body is welcome here, and every movement can be adjusted to meet you where you are today.
