School Call - H.S. Student Open House
The American Legion runs programs for high school students that are educational and qualify for scholarship opportunities. Come hear about Boys State and Empire Girls State programs which are immersive government operation programs for high school juniors. The American Legion National Oratorical Contest - A Constitutional Speech Competition, is open to all high school students and combines a speech making program with the subject of the US Constitution. The Open House will have students who have attended these programs last year give their take on the programs for a first person explanation for students what the programs are like. Parents and familes are encouraged to attend.
