Before the Christmas madness begins, take an afternoon for yourself. Love the smell of essential oils but never quite know which ones to choose or how to use them?
Curious about sound baths, or simply craving a few hours where someone else takes care of everything?
Join us for Scent & Sound — a winter wellness afternoon designed to awaken your senses, nourish your curiosity and give you a proper pause before the festive season gathers pace.
Explore essential oils and discover how their scents can support your winter wellbeing.
Create your own personalised Winter Roller Blend to take home.
 Enjoy a cuppa and cake.
Then settle into a deeply restful sound bath, bringing together the sensory experience of essential oils and the restorative qualities of sound.
