About this Event
What if you could add an executive assistant, growth marketer, and technical collaborator to your team—without adding headcount?
AI is making that increasingly possible for solopreneurs, founders, and small teams. But getting real value requires more than asking a chatbot a one-off question. The next step is learning how to create AI agents that understand a role, follow a process, and help you complete recurring work.
Join NextCorps for a free lunch & learn with JJ Englert, community builder at AI consulting and enablement company Tenex, for a practical introduction to working with AI agents.
Using Claude Cowork as the primary example, JJ will demonstrate how to create three role-based agents that can support everyday work:
- An Executive Assistant to help organize priorities, prepare for meetings, and keep projects moving
- A Growth Marketer to support messaging, content ideas, audience research, and campaign planning
- An Engineer to help think through technical tasks, documentation, troubleshooting, and workflows
You’ll see how to move beyond basic prompting and start designing AI support around the work you already do. The concepts will also apply across today’s leading AI tools, including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other agent-based workflows.
No prior experience with AI agents—or paid AI tools—is required. Whether you are exploring what is possible or ready to put AI to work in your business, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to build your own “team of one” and where to start.
This is an in-person workshop and lunch will be provided. Space is limited and registration closes at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 19.
