Say It in Clay: A Two-Part Clay Letter WorkshopSaturdays, September 26 & October 3 | 2–4 PM

Turn a meaningful word into something made by hand!
In this fun two-part clay workshop, you’ll create individual ceramic letters to spell a *name, word, house number, or short phrase that means something to you*. Think a grandbaby’s name, your family name, a favorite word, a house number, or something sweet for your home or as a handmade gift.
During the *first class on September 26*, LydiaKay will guide you through forming and decorating your clay letters. Your pieces will then dry and receive their first firing.
Come back *October 3* to add glaze and bring your letters to life with color and personality. After their final firing, your finished pieces will be ready to pick up at MWCA after Oct 10.
Choose a name, word, phrase, or number combination of 10 characters or fewer and come say it in clay!
No clay experience is necessary. Beginners are warmly welcomed, and experienced clay students can have fun adding their own creative touches.
**Materials Fee:** Please bring a one-time $10 clay and glaze fee, payable directly to LydiaKay.
The finished ceramic letters and numbers will be ready to hang or mount. Any wood board, plaque, wall hardware, or other surface used to display or attach your finished pieces is not included in the class fee.
