The Mission: "Three Rivers Land Trust is working to purchase lands on the Tuckertown Reservoir owned by Alcoa in order to keep these lands accessible to the public for recreation (as Gamelands); with the ultimate goal of transferring the ownership of these lands to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission.”Our Goal: We are hosting a fundraiser to support 3 Rivers Land Trust in their efforts to protect the Game Lands surrounding Tuckertown Reservoir. With generous support from local businesses and organizations donating packages for the raffle, we hope to raise meaningful funds and help move this important conservation effort one step closer to its goal.
