🌭💙 ACCESSPLUS COMMUNITY BBQ — YOU’RE INVITED! 💙🌭AccessPlus Solutions… would LOVE to bring our participants, families, carers and providers together for a relaxed community BBQ! 🥰
With October / November being important time for AccessPlus, we are hoping to become a registered provider, we thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to get together, enjoy a sausage sizzle and celebrate the amazing people we have the privilege of working alongside.
Nothing formal -just good food, good company and good conversations. ❤️
It will be a chance to:
🌭 Enjoy a sausage sizzle
☕️ Have a chat
💙 Connect with other AccessPlus participants
🤝 Meet and connect with providers we work alongside
😊 Put faces to names and strengthen our community
🌱 Celebrate the journeys, achievements and connections that make what we do so worthwhile.
We’d love this to be an opportunity for our participants and the providers who support them to come together in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
If you’re an AccessPlus participant, family member, carer or provider who works alongside AccessPlus, we’d love to see you there! 💙
"Real Experiences, Real Support, Real Outcomes".
