Sausage Making Class

This class will give an in depth demonstration of how we make our sausages at Sawyer's. We will cover all the steps from meat selection, ginding, mixing, stuffing, and twisting.

We will provide beer, wine, or a non-alcoholic beverage for attendees along with a small selection of our house made charcuterie to snack on.

Attendees will leave with the knowledge of how to make their own sausages as well as 1# of freshly made sausage and 10% off in-store purchases on the day of the class.
