Join us for an evening of hot and cold therapy with like-minded women who fancy an evening to reset 💆🏽 🤍
We're taking over The Good Sauna at Treetop Hotel Manchester for an evening of relaxation and connection: think traditional Finnish sauna, multi-temperature cold plunge, and a fire pit to unwind by with a herbal tea or drink of your choice.
A lovely Good Sauna host will explain how everything works and make sure you get the most out of the hot and cold therapy. The Her Social Club team will be there too, so you’ll have familiar faces around 🫶🏼
