From there, you’re invited to move intuitively.
Step into the warmth of three wood-fired saunas, in collaboration with Bridge City Sauna and Boreal Sauna. Let the heat support release and relaxation, honouring the slower pace of the season we’re leaving behind. When you’re ready, immerse yourself in the lake… awakening your senses and inviting in a feeling of renewal. We will end the evening with a Sound Bath by The Sound of Om.
