Blending modern research on heat exposure and nervous system regulation with traditional sauna practices, step into an immersive experience where heat and scent come together in a carefully guided journey.
Inspired by the grounding traditions of Lithuanian pirtis rituals and refined through contemporary aufguss techniques, this 75-minute session leads you through three immersive rounds of hot and cold therapy. Through salt inhalation, controlled steam infusions, towel waving, layered aromatherapy and guided breathwork, you’ll move through a progressive journey of awakening, activation, and deep relaxation.
Each session is intentionally facilitated, combining heat and cold exposure with gentle cues and moments of stillness.
Suitable for both seasoned sauna guests and those new to guided experiences.
What to bring:
• Swimwear
• Two towels: one for the sauna and one for drying off after (towels can be rented from reception for £4.00 each)
• A water bottle
• A pound coin or token to use for the lockers
• A bag for wet belongings
• Optional: bathrobe, sauna hat & flip flops
Please arrive 10 minutes early to the session to change as the session will start promptly at 8pm in the sauna.
About your host:
Laura is a certified Breathwork Facilitator and trained Herbalist who has been guiding workshops since 2023. Over the past year, she has expanded her practice into the world of sauna ritual as a Sauna Master, curating thoughtful, immersive experiences that weave together heat, breath, and plant wisdom. Her approach is grounded, intentional, and gently transformative, creating spaces where guests can reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner stillness.
