During Champagne + Fromage events, you will discover some of the premium award winning grower Champagnes. Come and learn why Champagne can be so unique.
Our monthly Champagne tastings allows you to try and enjoy some of our favorite Champagne.
One-hour tutored tasting led by a member of our expert team.
- 2 flights of 2 Champagnes, tasted semi-blind and guided by our tutor.
- You will taste 4 x 70ml glasses in total. For each flight, you will be served two Champagnes without being told what they are, and you will be invited to guess their styles and characteristics. We then reveal the wines and move on to the second flight with two more Champagnes.
- Light nibbles will be served during the tasting: hummus and taralli.
Which Champagne are you?
Are you the fresh, light and dry blanc de blancs? Are you the Pinot noir type? Is Brut really your favorite Champagne? Those are questions you will be able to answer after this lovely time spent with us.

Who we are
The brainchild of entrepreneurial husband and wife team, Stefano Frigerio and Maud Fierobe, and together with Leblais's Brothers, Champagne + Fromage is an artisan bistro and deli secreted away on Wellington Street and Gallic at its most gorgeous: displays of Champagne, cheeses and charcuteries make for quite the chic centrepiece, whilst mismatched furniture and reclaimed materials complete the picture.
