About this Event
Saturday Community Tango Jam: Music, Dance, and Art.
Join us for an afternoon where community musicians, dancers, and artists create something new in real time. Singers and musicians fill the room while dancers move and artists capture the energy on canvas and on the floor.
3pm: Start with a 30-minute Tango Music Improvisation Workshop by Sunyang Kim and Rodrigo Avalos, bandoneon superstars from Korea and Buenos Aires. No experience needed! Learn how tango musicians listen, respond, and play together.
3:30pm-5pm: Open jam where all are welcome to play, dance, draw, or simply soak it in. Bring a song, dance shoes, or paint brush!
At Paris Koh Fine Art Gallery (Chelsea) located on 23rd St & 10th Ave, First Floor, left side of the bar Wildflower.
Collaboration with Juyoun Han & Barrio Tango Orchestra
