Saturday Savasana with Palm Springs yoga instructor Karen Salgado

Classes will be held in Sol Studio, the balcony of the upstairs event space at Drift Hotel in downtown Palm Springs. Drift offers free, first come, first serve parking but it does fill up quickly. We suggest parking at the structure directly across the street on Indian Canyon that is currently free of charge or behind the building on S. Calle Encilia. Please bring a mat and water with you. Hotel guests have the option of renting a mat, free of charge but availability is limited.

Note that this class is shaded but outdoors - sunscreen is always recommended. While the class is free, RSVP is highly encouraged. Classes will be held at 9am every Saturday unless noted.
