Class Experience
Students will prepare Cranberry-Glazed Meatballs, sweet, tangy, and perfect for entertaining. Next, master a creamy and comforting Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto, rich with seasonal warmth. Finally, indulge in a decadent Pumpkin Crème Brûlée, combining silky custard with a perfectly caramelized top. This interactive class teaches essential techniques in glazing, risotto-making, and custard preparation, leaving students confident and inspired to recreate a full seasonal meal at home.
