About this Event
Come meet local makers, artists, tarot and astrology readers, and more for a night that's equal parts self-expression, creativity, and magic. We're crafting our own little ritual in the heart of North Park, and you're invited!
Choose your own adventure:
Explore your astrology signs with Bry of Celestial Spaces. Learn what your birth charts say about your needs, desires, and future with the help of an intuitive, caring guide. Choose from 3 options for readings, designed to let you decide how deep to go. @celestialspacesbybry
Pick a design by Weeping Willow Tattoo & Piercing. Make it henna or face paint for a temporary statement, or commit with a flash tattoo or piercing. (You'll pop over to their studio next door to finish up if you decide to go all in.) @weepingwillowsd
Get a tarot reading with Isabel of The Tarot Belle. Bring your questions about relationships, work, or what's next in your life, and let this beautiful human guide you in discovering the answers. Just sitting with her is life-changing. @thetarotbelle
Make your own Midnight Oracle card. Draw a prompt from our pool or use something you learned from your tarot or astrology reading to craft your own Midnight Oracle card with the message you need to hear. Rebirth, chaos, devotion, surrender, liberation, protection... What will your oracle say?
And that's just the start! We'll have excellent tunes, chainmaille jewelry and all manner of art, plus delicious eats and a full sober bar of space-themed zero proof cocktails.
Our Saturday Night Alt Market is the perfect place to take a date, an excellent starter course for a long night out, or a chill spot to meet other like-minded folks.
Join us the first Saturday of every month for the Saturday Night Alt Market at Playground Art + Coffee. It's all part of our Saturday Playdate series, with art projects and popups that are the perfect playtime for grownups.
