Whether you have never meditated before or have an established practice, you are welcome here. This is a gentle, accessible space where you can simply arrive as you are, settle into your breath, and be guided inward.
Each gathering offers an opportunity to pause before the momentum of the week begins, quiet the outside noise, and reconnect with the sacred space within yourself.
No experience is necessary. There is nothing to get right and nowhere else you need to be.
After meditation, you’re invited to linger a little longer. The Blue Sun Tea Bar will be open for lunch, offering a beautiful opportunity to nourish your body and connect with community.
