Start your Saturday with intention. Join us at Sarah & Co. Café for a morning of yoga and mindful movement—a chance to breathe, stretch, reconnect with yourself, and share space with community.
Throughout October, a rotating lineup of instructors will guide practices that invite you to slow down and make room for your well-being. Whether you’re exploring yoga for the first time or returning to your practice, come as you are and move at your own pace.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. After practice, linger over coffee, enjoy a bite, and connect with fellow participants. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the cafe.
