The BTC's Vulcan 10k and 5k race is here this week!! This will be our Saturday run this week!! We'll be back in Homewood next week to finish our training for our next race, the KultureCity Half on November 21. This week, we are running the 10k or 5k! But if you are also training for the half, try to run 13 miles total! See you at Vulcan! have 10 for those training for the half, and a 6.5 just for funsies!
