About this Event
Join us on Saturday mornings at 10am for Hip Mobility Yoga at Elite Injury Rehab! This is a 60 minute class focused on increasing the longevity of your hips. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just trying to maintain hip health, you're welcome here! We have a class maximum of 8 people, creating a safe environment for those with injuries or limitations to build strength. Our instructors are very skilled in their anatomical education and understand how to adapt to specific limitations to best meet you where you're at. Classes may or may not implement chairs, blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc!
We have mats for free use at the studio! Although you're always welcome to bring your own!
If this is your first class with us, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get setup. See you there!
