We are back!!! Yay!! So many of you waiting patiently for the start date..We are starting beach yoga back up again on NOVEMBER 7th at 8:30 am.
Where: on the beach at the end of 8th Ave S.
Arrive a few minutes early to park and get settled. Parking on 8th Ave and the adjacent streets. Third street also has free street parking.

Bring a large beach towel and / or a mat, water and sunscreen.
I’m so excited to get started… bring yourself, bring your friends, bring anyone who could use some gentle movement and a reset. Let’s release some stress and decrease that cortisol and set ourselves up for a fabulous weekend!
