ONE DAY Class – Saturday 5th December – EARLY BIRD PRICE £120 RRP £150(50% deposit secures your place today!)
This is my favourite class to teach of the year! You'll walk away with a roast turkey and all the trimming so realistic that you can raffle it off for charity, take it to the school Christmas event or make it the centre piece of any festive gathering or social event and everyone will just think you've brought dinner with you!
This is a one day class that is all about food realism, sneaky techniques that elevate your work, tricks of the trade, the skill of 'cooking' with your airbrush and how to really and truly decieve the eye.
We spend the day sculpting our turkey before stuffing and 'cooking' it, before going to town on all the caramelised vegetables, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and the all important gravy!
I'll ask you to bring a baking tray or nice ceramic serving dish, even a foil roasting tray works brilliantly, we'll literally sculpt our cakes into the real deal roasting or serving tray to double down on the illusion. You can then just pick it up and walk away with it, no cake board in sight!
This cake has even foxed celebrity guest Steven Fry and Lorraine herself on her ITV Christmas Special - it's a very very cool design.
If you’ve always wanted to sculpt cake but have never found the confidence to give it a go this class is for you!
Places are limited to 10 so that I can work 1-2-1 with each and every student throughout the class.
