💥 Saturday Boxing Camp is HERE and it's the most fun you'll have getting a workout in all week.Every Saturday at 11:00 AM, we're lacing up and putting in WORK at Activated Athletics. This class is designed for adults who want real boxing skills, a serious sweat, and a great time doing it.
🥊 WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON:
• Mitt work — coach-led combos that actually teach you to box
• Cardio that doesn't feel like cardio (because we're too busy having fun)
• Hand-eye coordination, timing, footwork, and power
No experience needed. Just show up ready to move.

• $25 Drop-In — pay per class, no commitment
• $75/Month — unlimited Saturday camps all month long (best value if you're coming consistently!)
