This month's session topic = Mindfulness in miniature - taking it one step at a time
Sometimes in the big picture we can't see the detail or way forward as there's too much information and it can be overwhelming.
Spend time focusing on single aspects and creating your own beautiful framed mindful miniature(s) that capture the essence of reduciton using our range of colourful art and craft materials.
Will include a guided meditation, time to create and opportunity to share (optional) in a safe, supported space.

The Saturday Art Creative Collective holds small group facilitated workshops for enjoying art expression, self development and discovery approximately once a month in Richmond, VIC.
We explore the inner world and daily life in this safe, collaborative space.
A new guided activity is offered by Christine of CGE Wellness each session, utilising art therapy processes and a range of art & craft techniques.
Christine is an experienced and qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist, Counsellor & Psychosocial Support Wellness Facilitator with a passion for creative ways of working with the mind, body and soul.
STILL ONLY $35 plus booking fee for this 2 hour workshop. All facilitation, art & craft materials and morning tea is included. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
