About this Event
Topic: Creatively working with loss
We all experience transitions in everyday life that as well as bringing new challenges and joy can also create a sense of loss at the same time. This may be from such events as changing homes, losing a role as we change jobs or as our children grow and leave home. Acknowledging the full range of feelings and sensations that changes can bring may provide a deeper sense of understanding, balance, peace and harmony. Spend time in a mindful guided meditation to take a period of transition you have experienced that stays with you and take the full range of emotions into an art expression in a safe, friendly space.
