BIIOGRAPHY ⚡ THE SOUND TRIIP
Mr. Goliath is a sonic journey that blends the roots of blues rock
with the power of hard rock and the immersive atmosphere of
psychedelia and stoner rock.
Formed in 2017 amid the haze of tube amplifiers and the legacy of
raw blues, Mr. Goliath has established a unique sound within the
Heavy Psych Blues scene. What began as a personal project
exploring sound in the studio has evolved into a collective force of
undeniable physical power.
Mr. Goliath’s music isn’t just heard—it’s felt. His compositions strike
a perfect balance between the melancholy of Mississippi Delta
blues and the aggression of stoner rock, creating soundscapes
where psychedelic improvisation meets the structure of classic
rock songs. Influenced by giants like Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin,
and Black Sabbath, but with an eye toward the avant-garde of
bands like All Them Witches, Mr. Goliath redefines what it means to
play the blues in the 21st century.
On stage, the solo artist transforms into a power trio with enviable
cohesion. The band accompanying him isn’t merely a backing group,
but the driving force that allows the psychedelic jams to reach their
boiling point. Together, they have performed at major venues in the
underground scene, notably at Los Angeles Festival (2018) and
having shared the stage with acts such as Franck Carducci & The
Fantastic Squad [France] (2021) and Dätcha Mandala [France]
on the “Hara Tour” (2025).
With their debut album, “La Era de Piedra” Mr. Goliath received
critical acclaim, with reviewers describing their sound as “a
wrecking ball capable of smashing down every door to
success.” Currently, the project is hard at work recording new
material, and their mission remains the same: to bring the ritual of
decibels and distortion to every corner of the heavy rock scene.
