On Saturday October 3, INCOGNITO proudly presents Ilian Tape founders, the Zenker Brothers from Germany.
The Zenker Brothers are known the world over for dub techno with a breakbeat backbone. Over the last two decades, Ilian Tape has become one of the most respected labels in the underground, home to a genre-agnostic roster including Skee Mask, Stenny, Andrea, and Katatonic Silentio. They have been called by Resident Advisor as Munich’s top techno duo and have productions not only at their label, but at IMF, Tresor, The Trilogy Tapes, Esperanza and more.
Dario & Marco Zenker move like shadows and smoke in a scene increasingly governed by speed and visibility. What they offer is something rare in modern club culture: a sense of time that expands, deepens, and refuses to collapse. This also represents a comeback as Dario Zenker last played for our dancefloor 15 years ago, specifically in 2011.
Also on the bill will be Juke Bounce Werk co-founder DJ Noir, as well as the outstanding OJ and the talented Heart of Gold.
