Refund Policy
At **Fiesta Latina Nueva York**, operated by **Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC**, all ticket sales for our events are **final**. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including changes in plans, weather conditions, illness, or missed departures.
However, we allow **ticket transfers to another event date** if the request is made **at least 72 hours before the original event date**. Transfers are subject to availability and can only be completed **once**. To request a transfer, email **[email protected]** with your original ticket details (name, event date, and ticket number) and your preferred new date. We will confirm availability and process your request within **48 hours**.
If **Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC** cancels or reschedules an event, you will be notified and given the option to **transfer your tickets or receive a full refund**.

**No Refund Policy:** All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal illness, travel complications, or change of plans.
**Event Admission:** A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Events are strictly **21+** unless otherwise stated.
**Dress Code and Conduct:** Attendees must follow event guidelines and dress codes when applicable. Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not complying with event policies or behaving inappropriately.
**Event Changes:** Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to the event’s time, location, or lineup if necessary. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
**Liability:** By attending, you assume all risks associated with the event. The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or property damage that may occur during the event.
**Management Rights:** Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the event at their discretion.
