Overview:
Beginner friendly and sassy chair dance that involves using a chair to do sensual and seductive moves. This is a Valetine theme Pop-up Event for ladies 21+. This is a safe place, and we ask that no cell phone use is allowed during class to protect people’s privacy.
What to expect in our Pop-up Event:
Pop the bottles of champagne and enjoy sweet treats. This Valentines theme event is perfect for your 21+ Ladies group. We’re celebrating the beauty and strength within you.
· Warm-up with light stretching and fun introductions.
· Learn a sassy routine designed to get your heart pumping and confidence soaring. Expect to sweat, laugh, and embrace your sensuality.
· Learn fun tricks you can try at home.
· Showcase time to perform the routine and cheer each other on in a supportive, high-energy vibe
· Cool Down & Self- love end with empowering stretches
· Leave with a small gift
What to wear & Bring Attire: Think sexy yet comfortable yoga pants, booty shorts, crop tops, sports bras, or bodysuits. Avoid baggy clothes that could get caught on the chair. Fishnets, thigh-highs, and fun accessories are encouraged!
Shoes: Barefoot, socks, sneakers or heels with ankle support (Like stilettos or Latin dance shoes). Practice is typically done without heels, then added for the showcase.
