Karma Sanctum Soho & Guirado Legacy invites you to step inside the extraordinary visual world of Nick Egan—the acclaimed artist, filmmaker and creative director whose work helped shape the visual language of punk, new wave, fashion, rock and Britpop.
Emerging from London’s original punk scene, Egan worked alongside cultural provocateurs Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood, contributing to the radical collision of art, fashion, music and identity that transformed British youth culture.
From the Sex Pistols and The Clash to Duran Duran, INXS, The Cult and Oasis, Egan has spent more than four decades creating iconic artwork, graphic design and films that became part of popular culture.
For one intimate evening at Karma Sanctum Soho, guests are invited to experience The Extended Remix: a special screening of the newly expanded edition of the award-winning documentary Creative Vandal, featuring approximately ten minutes of previously unseen Oasis footage.
Directed, written and edited by Italian filmmaker Peter Pahor and produced by Dogma85 Films, Creative Vandal explores the extraordinary life and visual legacy of Nick Egan. Cinematography is by Peter Pahor and Ava Egan.
The screening will be followed by a live conversation and audience Q&A with Nick Egan, hosted by Catalina Guirado—90s Cool Britannia It Girl model, now creative director and curator.
The evening also launches Live Forever, a selling exhibition of Egan’s original artwork and limited editions, including the new Live Forever — Sanctum Soho Edition: a signed and individually numbered A3 archival print in an edition of 100.
Guests will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition, meet Nick, and purchase or reserve signed limited-edition works.
