In this stirring living history performance by historian Debra Sandoe McCauslin, you’ll meet Sarah “Sallie” Cook, a birthright Quaker and teacher in Adams County. On 11/19/1863, Sarah met Abraham Lincoln at the home of David Wills, and later listened to the President deliver the Gettysburg Address at the cemetery.Registration recommended: https://www.adamslibrary.org/event/sarah-cook-myers-recalling-lincoln-gettysburg-82004
