About this Event
Part of the BFI's "Rip it Up" season, Theatreship is proud to host a series of screenings celebrating the changing face of youth rebellion. In this season we dive into the youth driven movements which have defined our cultural identity, the agonies and ecstasies of growing up in Britain, and the issues facing the next generation. For this event we are partneering with Theatreship's favourite cellist/performer/artist Abi Asisa to present another evening of Sapphic Cinema.

This event is dedicated to highlighting FLINTA (femme, lesbian, intersex, nonbinary, trans, asexual) stories within queer cinema.

The venue opens at 4pm for drinks in the bar. Everyone is welcome to come early and enjoy the space, however we recommend arriving for the event at 6pm at the latest to settle in and get your seats.
Theatreship is committed to broadening access to the arts - we know that ticket price is a huge barrier for some. Due to the historic nature of the ship, we’re sorry to say there is not currently step-free access into the theatre space.
