🎅🎄 **Santa's Sleigh is coming to Thanington!**Ho! Ho! Ho! Santa and his helpers from **Rotary in Canterbury** will be visiting Thanington on **Thursday 10th December, between 6pm and 8pm!**
Our wonderful team of volunteer elves will be accompanying Santa's sleigh, visiting homes along the route and collecting donations for **Canterbury Food Bank and selected Rotary good causes**.
❤️ **How can you help?**
🥫 **Food donations:** We're collecting suitable food donations for Canterbury Food Bank, including tinned vegetables, fruit, puddings, fish, meat and soup. Please ensure all items are unopened and have a best-before date at least three months ahead.
💷 **Monetary donations:** Every penny helps support worthwhile causes in our local community.
💳 **No cash? No problem!** Our collectors accept contactless card payments. You can also donate using the QR code on our route poster.
🎅 **Come and say hello!**
Listen out for the Christmas music, bring the children out to wave to Santa and help us spread some festive cheer!
🗺️ **Where will Santa be?**
We've included a map of our planned route in the event discussion. Please remember that we can't guarantee an exact arrival time at individual roads.
Our sleigh is made possible by volunteers from Canterbury's Rotary clubs and members of the local community, all giving their time to help others.
🎄 **Please share this event with your neighbours so nobody misses Santa!**
Thank you for supporting Rotary in Canterbury. We look forward to seeing you!
