Yes, you read that right! Everything is FREE!
We want to create a special holiday experience for families throughout our community, but space is limited!
Advance registration is REQUIRED, and attendance is limited to 150 registered guests.
Please reserve one ticket for every person attending, including adults, children, and infants.
There are no assigned arrival times, so families are welcome to arrive anytime between 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM. We encourage you to arrive early enough to enjoy all the festivities before our event concludes at 4:00 PM.
Please note that admission is subject to building capacity, and registered guests may experience a short wait during busier periods.
❤️ Help Us Spread a Little Extra Christmas Magic!
This holiday season, Dwelli wants to do more than make memories. We want to make a difference!
We'll be collecting donations of essential goods and supplies to help families in need throughout Coweta County and our surrounding communities.
We're currently coordinating with a local charitable organization to determine which items are needed most.
🎁 Stay tuned! We'll be sharing our donation wish list and additional details soon!
Donations are completely optional, but every little bit helps make the season brighter for a family in need!
🎅 Santa's Helpers' Guide to a Magical Visit!
We want every family to have a magical experience at Santa's Open House! To make that happen, we have a few friendly reminders to help keep the Christmas magic running smoothly.
⏰ Arrivals & Check-In
You're welcome to arrive anytime between 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM! Our event ends promptly at 4:00 PM, so we encourage you to give your family plenty of time to enjoy the activities.
Because this is a FREE community event with limited space, registration is required. Admission and activities are subject to capacity and availability.
If we reach our building's occupancy limit, guests may be asked to wait until space becomes available.
📸 Santa Photos & Our Dwelli Elves!
To ensure every child gets their special moment with Santa, we'll be keeping to a tight photo schedule!
When your child approaches Santa, please hand your phone to one of Santa's Dwelli Elves. They'll capture those magical moments alongside our professional photographer and snap a family photo on your phone, too!
Once our professional photographer has finished your family's session, we won't be able to accommodate additional photos so Santa can welcome the next family.
Please keep in mind that Santa visits are first-come, first-served, and the photo line may close before 4:00 PM to ensure families already waiting have time for their visit.
❤️ A Little Christmas Courtesy!
We know how exciting a visit with Santa can be, especially for our littlest guests!
We simply ask that you follow the guidance of our Dwelli Elves, be patient during busy periods, and help us keep the festivities running smoothly.
Your cooperation helps us continue offering wonderful FREE community events like Santa's Open House!
Thank you for helping us make this a magical day for everyone!
